The Hellweg 300 series granulators enable gentle and thorough granulation of thick-walled mouldings, sheets, sprue cakes, pipes and profiles, etc, on account of the extremely high stability of the entire machine housing and through the high moment of gyration of the massive rotor that is made from one solid piece of metal.
A special rotor (BR version) enables single stage granulation of even extremely massive lumps from production start-ups.
Exterior bearings for the rotors on both sides prevent ingress of dust and contamination of the ground material by lubricants and thereby guaranteed long bearing life.
The series 300 central granulators are offered in working widths of 300-900 mm.
When fitted with a fan, the ground material is sucked directly out of the collection tub.
The rigid, distortion-free rotors made out of solid material guarantee gentle angled cutting, also during extremely high peak loads.
Additional high impetus blades produce high torque and thereby increase the power of the rotors. This enables optimum granulation of large and heavy parts, as well as tasks involving large quantities.
The powerfull series 00 granulators are ideally suited for granulation of parts with thick walls, such as mouldings, sheet, sprue cakes, pipes and profiles, etc.
